        The security of your files is our highest priority. We use industry-leading encryption standards to ensure that your data is mathematically impossible to access without the correct password.

        Encryption Algorithm: All files are encrypted using AES-256 (GCM Mode), the same standard used by governments and financial institutions for top-secret information.

            Password Protection: Your password is never stored. Instead, it is converted into a secure encryption key using PBKDF2 with 10,000 iterations and a unique, random Salt for every vault you create.

       

       This means that if you forget your password, your data is irrecoverable. We, the developers, have no way to access or restore your files.

        3. Third-Party Services

        To support and improve our application, we use services from trusted partners. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

          Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect data to provide personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences in your Google Account settings.

        4. Permissions

        CryptoVault requests storage permissions only to create, import, and export your encrypted vault files. We do not access any other files on your device.
